She is invested in her improvisation practice and drawn to works that call on partnering, and athleticism. Her queer identity inspires her research into gender in process and community outreach.

She is currently working with m i c c a, Alex Schmidt, Same As Sister – led by twin choreographers Hilary Brown-Istrefi and Briana Brown-Tipley, Heather Dutton, and Michelle Thompson Ulerich.

In recent years, she has worked on projects with Johnnie Cruise Mercer/TheREDprojectNYC, MICHIYAYA Dance, VALLETO, Kayla Farrish, Kinesis Project Dance Theatre, Elizabeth Dishman, Megan Flynn, Natalie Gotter, Mark Dendy, and Grounded Aerial Dance Company.

Abigail is eager to continue to pursue her desire to work in environments that center collaborative values and actively work to uplift queer communities.
